Custom Photo Book covers and end sheets are hand crafted and designed with beautiful elegance, yet durability to help protect your precious images. We offer a variety of materials, patterns, and colors for you to choose from, including faux leather, ultra suede, linen, pig skin, cowhide, and exotic leathers, mainly used as inlays. We can also provide protective clamshell boxes for your custom designed heirloom book.
Our faux leather products are supple, with a rich feeling, easily cleaned, do not show fingerprints, and are not subject to humidity and dryness issues as are real leathers. We charge less for our faux leathers to encourage our clients to choose them versus real leather. Real leather is subject to oil from fingerprints, moisture spots, and after a period of time, if not well cared for, can dry and crack. Leather Bible covers often must be replaced because of this problem. We have sent swatches to clients and several have chosen the "faux" leather over the "real" leather thinking it was the "real stuff". They are amazed at the texture and feel.

We have access to hundreds of colors, patterns, and textures. We will gladly create a signature product line just for your Art Gallery, Photography Business, or Corporate Clients.

Our transparent covers offer the option of having an image on both front and back.

We gladly provide a swatch card for you to see and feel the material that will be used to make your book cover. The material below was used to make the 16x20 Portfolio cover for the "Maiden Point" project shown below. Scroll to the bottom to view the piece in detail.

Our folded acrylic covers above are transparent, with the printed image slid between the tightly folded acrylic. A photographic print is then inserted into the cover.

Our most popular is the "die-cut" with photograph inlay, which can be done small or as large as the example portfolio shown below at the bottom. We offer debossing and embossing with foil. We can create a custom die of your logo or monogram. Logos can be embossed on front, back or inside covers.

Below is brown ostrich faux leather featuring the client's corporate logo in gold foil embossing on the front cover. This set of books was crafted as a marketing sales tool for a landscaper who specializes in pools and patios. Supply your corporate image logo or personal monogram, and we will custom make your embossing die. Click on the images below to see close up detail.

We also offer "plain" leatherette in a large variety of colors and fabrics, and die-cut leatherette with photo insert. Leatherette offers the feel of leather, but is not.

Working in the bindery to inlay real Ostrich Toe leather into the cover of a clamshell, the final perfection of the fitted inlay can be seen to the right. To view the finished box, visit our clamshell display boxes.

Below is a 16x20 clamshell portfolio with hidden screw post and magnetic closure system. The edge of the clamshell has silver brushed metallic faux leather, with the primary cover being blue metallic faux leather. The inside is lined with silver velvet to complement the blue color and the silver edge.

This project was commissioned as a gift for use as a photo scrapbook album. The photo used in the cover was taken by Professional Photographer Linda Farwell.
