They feature a large or small clear Lexan viewing window that allows you to view the contents without opening the clamshell. The beauty of antique books are often their covers, so why tuck them away where no one can view? If you need protective book display boxes for your prized antique books or documents, we will gladly create whatever size, whether it be for one volume or several.

We offer a variety of materials, patterns, and colors for you to choose from, including faux leather, ultra suede, linen, pig skin, cowhide, and exotic leathers, mainly used as inlays. We can also provide protective clamshell boxes for your custom designed heirloom book.

We have access to hundreds of colors, patterns, and textures. We will gladly create a signature product line just for your Art Gallery, Photography Business, or Corporate Client.

Our faux leather products are supple, with a rich feeling, easily cleaned, do not show fingerprints, and are not subject to humidity and dryness issues as are real leathers. We charge less for our faux leathers to encourage our clients to choose them versus real leather. Real leather is subject to oil from fingerprints, moisture spots, and after a period of time, if not well cared for, can dry and crack. Leather Bible covers often must be replaced because of this problem. We have sent swatches to clients and several have chosen the "faux" leather over the "real" leather thinking it was the "real stuff". They are amazed at the texture and feel.

The hand made leather shoes in our display box below were prominently featured at

a recent art show February 2009 in Philadelphia by renowned leather artist,

Mik Wright of "Those Shoes". Mik has been making leather art pieces for over thirty years.

His skill and art continues to amaze us, and we proudly offer some of his items for sale

under our Handmade Leather Goods section.

He mentioned to us that many of his clients continue to ask for shoe boxes,

and asked if we could create something that would catch their eye and please them.

So, we did.

Old and new customers alike stopped by his booth and remarked on the beautiful

"Leather" display box. Time after time, he had to explain that it was faux leather,

and that he did not make them. They couldn't believe it. We take that as a real compliment!

Note the way he beautifully uses real Ostrich Toe leather on top of Buffalo leather,

setting off the shoes with the dark brown Deer skin outlining the edges.

Through the window you can see the bronze metallic faux leather that was used in the construction.
